I wanted to include a couple of extra practices that I think are great additions to physical movement: breathwork + meditation.
Remember, it's all connected!
A healthy mind helps with the health of the body. The ability to consciously relax and focus can help greatly with athletic performance. I've included a short breathwork practice and an audio-guided meditation (that is yours to download and keep).
