Thanks so much for joining! This class is 90 minutes of movement, breathwork + meditation.  You'll have access to it until the end of the month. 

Before you begin, please have a few things ready:

  • a strap (if you have one, otherwise a scarf, belt, or pair of leggings work great too)

  • a chair (or couch, bed... whatever you have available in the room you practice in. Just keep in mind that you'll be using it when you set up for practice, so you can position yourself closer to it)

  • pillow and blanket (optional, but will help you get cozy when we slow things down)
