We're starting to see a little more light, perhaps some spring bulbs starting to peak through... life is returning after the winter. Here are a couple of practices to help move through stagnation and invite some more energy into the body.
The first is a 30-minute movement practice to help awaken + energize (in a steady, gentle way). You may like to have two blocks handy for this one.
The second is a 10-minute breathing practice to either complement the movement practice, or to be done on its own.
